We operate an open-door policy. Parents receive verbal feedback daily upon collection. We also hold termly parent-keyworker meetings and share regular updates regarding your child's progress and milestones.
For security reasons, only authorized individuals listed on your registration form may collect your child. If someone else is collecting your child, you must notify us in advance and provide them with your designated safety password.
Please notify us by 9:00 AM if your child will be absent due to illness or holiday. For infectious illnesses, we adhere to strict exclusion periods to protect all children and staff.
Your child's safety is our absolute priority. Our premises are secure with controlled access. All staff undergo rigorous background checks (DBS) and regular safeguarding training.
